Before the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), regulations on subrecipient monitoring came from OMB Circular A-133 and the corresponding Compliance Supplement that auditors are mandated to use to perform the Single Audit. Now, grants reform has turned subrecipient monitoring one of the most challenging areas for both auditees—and auditors.

Pass-through entities now have increased accountability over current and future subrecipients. Pass-through agencies must conduct pre-award risk assessments of subrecipients’ prior grant experience, results of previous audits, and any changes in personnel or systems. Monitoring now also includes performance reports and use of OMB-approved standard information collection.

To strengthen your own processes and internal controls, you need to understand how to fit these new requirements into your compliance infrastructure.  Let an expert show you how!

Register now for Subrecipient Monitoring Controls: Breaking Down and Analyzing Your Processes for Compliance.

This 90-minute webinar takes the guesswork out of Uniform Guidance expectations for monitoring subrecipients’ grant compliance. Drawing on a decade of experience with post-award operations, Jason Guilbeault will help you understand these regulations from a process and internal control perspective. He’ll also share subrecipient monitoring lessons learned from real-world Single Audits.

Not just for pass-through entities:  This webinar is a must for everyone who works with federal grants, including granting agencies and non-federal entities receiving grant funds. From pre-award risk assessments to new performance reports, you’ll learn how to strengthen your processes—and performance. Plus, you can ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.

Reserve your space now for expert guidance on how to meet today’s expectations for monitoring the grant compliance of subrecipients, including:

  • Uniform Guidance regulations for Subrecipient Monitoring
  • Internal control considerations for modeling your own processes
  • Best practices for communicating roles and responsibilities
  • Lessons learned from other organizations’ Single Audits

Remember, with Uniform Guidance shifting the emphasis from compliance to performance, subrecipient monitoring is on the radar of both auditors and auditees. Don’t miss this chance to get expert guidance on making sure your own controls measure up!
